A few weeks before the semester ended, Jerry and I went to visit my sister in La Crosse. While we were there, we went up to the top of Grandad’s Bluff. We took some pictures and video. Here are some of the better pictures.

Last summer we planted a variety of things in our garden. We had brussel sprouts, broccoli, strawberries, and three varieties of lettuce. We got a good deal of lettuce out of it, but the broccoli and brussel sprouts were too difficult for us beginners to cultivate. Squirrels got all the strawberries, so this year we’re trying the strawberries again, but with animal repellent.
Here are some pictures from last year’s garden.
We had some turkeys running through the neighborhood and all I could grab was my cell phone. Yet, the pictures aren’t all that bad. Not too long ago I saw a man feeding a turkey in his front yard just a couple blocks away. I’ll be keeping my eyes open and camera at the ready from now on!
I’ve moved another album to this site. This one’s very small – and perhaps badly named, since I anticipated adding more pictures to it. Who knows – maybe there will be more to come.
I’m moving my information from Facebook to my site and have just completed my first photo album transfer. Here are some photos from Christmas 2008.
Jennifer Anyone have satellite TV/internet? What do you like and dislike about it? Does it work well through storms?
